At Al Samaak, we believe the finest seafood deserves the simplest treatment. Each morning, our team meets with local fishermen from Ras El-Bar to select the freshest catch — fish that were swimming in the Mediterranean just hours before they reach your plate.

Our philosophy is one of minimal intervention. We let the natural flavors of the sea speak through precise technique, controlled heat, and delicate seasoning. Every dish is a celebration of the ocean's bounty.

The restaurant's atmosphere captures the warmth of Egyptian hospitality merged with Mediterranean elegance. Candlelit tables, linen details, and panoramic sea views create an unforgettable dining experience.
